For herbs that lower high blood sugar:
Lupine, garlic, fenugreek, shrimp, lichen, aniola, papaya, onion, red oak, yellow gentian, dill, juniper, horseradish, flax, currant, learners, black seed, cress, coriander.
Tried blends have an effective effect in lowering high blood sugar and may help to heal completely:
First Mix:
The seeds of my circuit are dry (unroasted) ground.
Dry bark of red oak.
Dry ground thermos beans.
One gram of dried garlic.
Add a teaspoon of dry ground fenugreek to half a teaspoon of oak bark and a quarter of a spoon of dried lupine, then stir in half a glass of water and drink in the middle of a meal daily for at least a month. The daily dose of garlic is taken on an empty stomach in the morning. During this, you should continue to measure the level of sugar and see a specialist doctor may need to reduce the dose of insulin and may turn to drugs taken by mouth for another month while continuing to take the mixture of herbs and garlic and then the patient may not need any medication. Healthy nutrition should be maintained and sugar intake should be reduced.
Second Mix:
Bean sprouts or bean sprouts (amount).
Ornamental Herb (5 Ingredients).

Heavy sweat during the night.
Pain in all parts of the body.

Dietary behaviors that help improve low blood sugar:
Diabetics should not contain white rice, potatoes or white flour products such as pasta, biscuits, cakes, etc.
Avoid refined sugars such as soda and sugary fruit juices such as oranges, apples, grapes, plums and plums.
The source of starches should be brown rice and brown flour.
Eat fresh vegetables, especially leafy.
Eat low-fat cheeses, salt, yoghurt and milk.
Eat 6-8 small, close meals in small amounts instead of 3 to overcome hunger.
